About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Yehia. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually exploring new coffee spots, playing soccer, enjoying board games, or spending time outdoors with friends. I love connecting with my community and believe health is something we build through the small moments in life.

Originally from the land of 2 rivers (Iraq), I grew up in Dubai before moving to Canada to study Biochemistry at York University. My background in research and gene-editing showed me just how complex and interconnected health is and how easily stress, lifestyle, and everyday pressures can shift that balance.

This became personal when I started dealing with my own health challenges, including IBS. Navigating those experiences taught me the importance of being truly heard, of having someone look at the whole picture, and of leaving no stone unturned when something doesn’t feel right. Those lessons are a big part of what led me to naturopathic medicine and continue to shape how I care for my patients today.

In my practice, I believe every patient deserves a full ear, not a rushed visit or a focus on just one concern. Whether we’re working through stress, sleep, hormones, digestion, or any condition affecting your day-to-day life, my goal is to understand your story and get to the root of what’s going on.

Today, I blend evidence-based tools with detailed testing, nutrition, lifestyle strategies, herbal medicine, and more to help you understand your symptoms and build lasting balance. I’m here to support you through meaningful, sustainable changes that help you feel you again.

Together, we’ll work to build small changes that become grand achievements.
